Get to know Tammy

I had this dream. I was going to be a total earth mother. I was going to potter about in the garden, barefoot, with my child helping. I was going to be a blissful and calm mother………

Then the unthinkable happen. Our son died suddenly, aged just 7 days old. We pinned our lives back together, and in 2007 we had a beautiful, and very very healthy baby girl. Being a mother was amazing, but I was fighting the anxiety and stress that it would all end again. By the time my little girl was 18 months, we were free of her breathing monitor and the statistical possibilities that she too might leave us, but I needed to seek help my experiences of constant anxiety. I started to seek solutions for how I was feeling. Finally I found the 3 Principles and explored the works of Sydney Banks. I started to understand how I could loosen the grip of anxiety upon my mind, and start to see the reality of the moment before me. The transformation within myself, and the impact it has had on my family has been remarkable.

I became an expat from the UK to St Gallen, Switzerland. I opened my coaching practice for parents with the understanding of exactly how it feels to try to raise a family surrounded by stress and anxiety; more crucially, with an understanding of how to transition out of this state, to a place of having a peaceful, loving parental relationship.

It is this understanding that I want to share with you, and let you move towards the most amazing and rewarding relationship with your family. Contact me to talk about this more. I would love to hear from you.
